Subscriber agrees not to allow Tatsu Hosting equipment and services to be used for activities specifically prohibited in the Tatsu Hosting Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) below.

Prohibited Activities

Spam.

We do not allow our servers or resources to be used in any way to facilitate the sending or sending of Spam mail (unsolicited commercial email).

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Trademark or Copyright infringement.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Network attacks or any unfriendly effort to effect service on another network or server.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Virus distribution.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Anonymous gateways.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Safe Lists.

Tatsu Hosting does not support sites that give away free email accounts or free hosting accounts on a commercial basis.

Tatsu Hosting does not support Hacking or any perpetration of security breaches.

Tatsu Hosting does not support allow or host IRC servers or gaming servers.

Tatsu Hosting does not support or allow warez sites.

Tatsu Hosting does not support Autosurf Scripts

Tatsu Hosting does not support or allow torrent tracking.

Tatsu Hosting allows 1 account, per website or domain.

Tatsu Hosting does not support allow or host webmail interfaces or any other mailing related software without written permission from Tatsu Hosting Support (we provide a webmail interface with all of Tatsu Hosting accounts)

Tatsu Hosting does not support the custom installation of any kind of webstatistic analysis script on their servers. Tatsu Hosting provides clients with webstat statistics calculated using log files which are processed every 24 hours.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host form of pornography.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Child pornography or any activities harmful to minors.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Fraudulent activity.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Trademark or Copyright infringement.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Network attacks or any unfriendly effort to effect service on another network or server.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Virus distribution.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Anonymous gateways.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host MLM (Multi Level Marketing) or MLM related type sites, or email promotion/marketing sites.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host pharmacy or prescription related sites.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host hate sites.

Tatsu Hosting does not support, allow or host Any scripts that can create shell login to the server.

All prices listed on our site are in US Dollars.

Data Transfer

Each account is allocated a pre-specified amount of data transfer (also known as bandwidth) per calendar month. Sites are not restricted to a traffic rate but if your account's monthly usage is above your monthly total allotment, by default, the server will suspend your account until the following calendar month, when your new quota begins. Optionally you may choose to either upgrade to a higher package or decide to purchase additional data transfer when required. We will work with clients to keep their sites alive and fast at all times.

IP Blocking

Tatsu Hosting reserves the right to block IPs from known spam addresses and high-risk IP adresses known for hacking and virus sending. Tatsu Hosting does this to protect both servers and customers from viruses, spam emails and hacking. Tatsu Hosting DOES NOT block out entire country IP ranges.

MySQL Databases

A maximum size of 100 Megabytes is permitted.

Abuse,

Tatsu Hosting will not tolerate abuses of our servers including but not limited to,

Applications/scripts/software that a client runs on our servers that cause the server to load beyond a reasonable level. e.g 100% CPU usage for a prolonged period.

Abuse of support.

Tatsu Hosting will not tolerate Abuse of support staff or the support system in general.

Cancellation

Cancellation can be made via email to info@tatsuhosting.com. Although no notice is required, and there is no cancellation fee, all fees paid for service up to the notice of cancellation are non-refundable. If cancellation is made within the first 30 days of service and no terms are breached all hosting fees will be refunded. This does not include fees for domain registration. We reserve the right to remove any account without prior notice for any reason. If your account is cancelled for violation of these terms and condition you will not be entitled to a refund.

Tatsu Hosting reserve the right to terminate any subscriber's account who does not meet the AUP above.

Please note that this AUP is subject to change and it is the Customer's responsibility to regularly check for modifications.

Tatsu Hosting does not issue refunds for terminating service due to suspected AUP violations.

Indemnification:

Subscriber agrees to indemnify Tatsu Hosting from any claim, demand, loss, cause of action, liability, cost or expense, including without limitation reasonable attorney's fees, which may be incurred by or asserted against Tatsu Hosting which results from any active negligence on the part of Subscriber or Subscriber's employees, Subscribers or agents.

Subscriber agress to indemnify Tatsu Hosting from any claim due to the loss of service or data for any reason.

Tatsu Hosting reserves the right to amend or otherwise change this agreement by publishing the updated service agreement on the Tatsu Hosting Website.
